Px is a research-and-news product. You can read the briefing with no account and no login. If you build a watchlist to get filing alerts, we store the funds you watch and the email you give us. We also keep a first-party usage log — which buttons and sign-ups get used, and whether the alert emails we send are opened or clicked — to see whether Px is actually useful. No third-party ad trackers, and we never sell data.
Reading the briefing: no login, no profile, no location — the page renders public market data and SEC/ECB/BoE/FRED filings. We do log anonymous usage events (e.g. which call-to-action you click), not tied to your identity.
Watchlist & alerts: when you star a fund, we create an anonymous token stored in your browser (it is your identity — no password). If you opt in to alerts, we store your email and the list of tickers you watch in our database (Cloudflare D1). We use the email only to send the filing alerts you asked for. Every alert carries a one-click manage and unsubscribe link; unsubscribing clears your email and stops alerts immediately; removing your funds clears your watchlist. To delete or anonymize historical event logs, email us.
Free list / waitlist (optional): if you enter your email for the free briefing list, we store it to send you Px and service messages. Unsubscribe anytime.
Product analytics & alert tracking: Px keeps a first-party event log in our own database (Cloudflare D1 — not a third-party tracker) to measure whether the product is useful. It records actions such as call-to-action clicks (anonymous), free-list and Watch Floor sign-ups, adding or removing a watched ticker and unsubscribing (tied to your random token), and the alert emails we send (tied to your email) — each with a timestamp. Our alert emails include a 1×1 open pixel and a wrapped "today's briefing" link so we can see open and click rates; the SEC source links and your manage/unsubscribe links are not wrapped. This is first-party measurement only — no third-party ad trackers, no data sales. Unsubscribing or deleting your watchlist stops further alert tracking.
If you subscribe to the Watch Floor ($5/month), payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We receive only the subscription status needed to provide the service.
To deliver the product — send the alerts and emails you asked for, keep your watchlist working, process a subscription you bought — and to understand whether it is useful, via the first-party usage log described above. We do not sell personal data, and we do not give buy/sell/hold advice.
Access, correction, deletion, and unsubscribe — email privacy@asakasa.org, or use the manage/unsubscribe link in any alert. EU/GDPR rights are honored given the Romanian/EU establishment.
Px is not directed to children under 16. We use reasonable safeguards. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
